The Story – Why This Course Was Born
Have you ever felt that something was still missing in your Reiki practice? That you were longing for a deeper connection to the original source?
I didn't know that I needed it, until I climbed Mount Kurama in Japan. That journey seemed to complete my understanding of Reiki and wove everything together.
In 1922, Mikao Usui Sensei meditated on this mountain for 21 days and received a way how to teach Reiki to others - the same life force energy that millions of practitioners around the world continue to use today. Kurama is not only the historical birthplace of Reiki, but a living portal to that source energy. Ley lines (also known as dragon lines) run through it, and the mountain is home to both the Buddhist Kurama-dera Temple and a Shinto shrine.
I meditated in the exact same spot as Mikao Usui Sensei did. Before the journey, I set a clear intention: “Give me exactly what I need.” The experience was far more profound than I could have imagined. It became the missing piece that seemed to connect everything I have pondered about: quantum physics, consciousness, and energy.
